Carter De Costa & Co., Chartered Accountants was started by Mr.George Christian Carter a british qualified Chartered Accountant in the year 1942. Originally the name of the company was Carter & Craddock, and the office was situated at No.86, Thurstan Road, Colombo. The office moved to the current location in the latter part of 1942.

Carter De Costa IT Services (Pvt) Ltd provides services in Internet Based Data Base facilities and Web services to its clients.
