stakeholders - MBA graduates past present and future, the Management
Faculty administration, University academic staff, its MBA students,
and the university community at large.
The
Colombo MBA Alumni will be highly visible in the coming year, and
this will create tremendous value for the University’s MBA
community. I hope that together with the University of Colombo we can
make the Colombo MBA a coveted qualification, and that it will be the
flagship for the University as it rightly should be. As such, the
theme for the year will be ‘Association
for greater heights’.
The
University of Colombo, Faculty of Management & Finance provides
the most prestigious and highly regarded masters degree in Business
Administration (MBA) in Sri Lanka. The
Alumni Association was originally set up in the year 1997 by a group
of MBA graduates from University of Colombo who wished to further the
interests of MBA graduates and also to make contribution to their
Alma Mater and to the country with a vision “To
be the first choice in business governance”.
Since
then, the Association has grown in stature and is
today a well known association with members working in diverse
disciplines - corporate governance, general management, finance,
marketing, IT, HR and administration in both private and public
sector across a large part of Sri Lanka.
The
