CMBAAA presented a one day management conference on the theme "BEYOND TRADITIONAL BOUNDARIES" on 30th March 05. This event brought up some unique insights into diverse fields from Sri lanka's leading entepreneurs. They achieved remarkable success against the odds of a backdrop of 20 years of civil unrest, political upheavels, and natural calamities. These real life experiences suppliment and complement theoretical management teachings. It is important that our management teams are resilient and able to weather any storm in the sustainable development of our country.
We believe that the conference provided the opportunity to reflect on our own areas of business, whilst listening to the speakers, and gave ideas for ways in which we ourselves could break free of traditional boundaries to make a positive change in our own companies.
The following entepreneurs / business leaders spoke on how they succeeded in their businesses by going beyond traditional boundaries.

Deshamanya Dr.Lalith Kotelawala Keynote speaker / Chief Guest, Chairman Ceylinco Group. Chairman of over 150 companies, successful insurance business, banker and innovative entrepreneur.
