With a view to enhancing the table and dress etiquette of MBA students, CMBAAA organised a half a day program at the Hotel Galadari on June 2nd 2007. About 100 MBA students and a few members of CMBAAA attended the programme. Dr P.S.M. Gunaratne, Dean Faculty of Management and Finance made the welcome speech which was followed by a presentation on CMBAAA by Mr Rohan Seneviratne, President of the CMBAAA. Thereafter Mr. Wickramage, The General Manager of the Emerald International (Pvt) Limited conducted the dress etiquette programme. He highlighted the importance of being appropriately dressed for a function and showed examples of selecting colours, material etc for different occasions. There was a question and answer session which followed the presentation.

After the tea break, Mr Bernard Croos, Banquet Manager of Galadari Hotel, commenced the table etiquette programme. He showed the correct table manners and explained in detail how to use cutlery when dining in different occasions and made an excellent presentation giving practical examples.
